I wanted to share a bit about my recent 3-days leadership retreat in the Alps, which turned out to be quite an eye-opening experience. Those three days were filled with many "firsts" for me, and they've left a lasting impression.
The beauty of the surroundings encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, and I was surprised at the strength I found within myself.
