The mindfulness and leadership retreat led by Cesare has enabled me to experience many firsts. Through mindfulness walking, I had a chance to slow down instead of always rushing as I tend to do in life. The eye gazing was another first timer which helped me realize that one can read another soul through the eyes, no need even to talk. The environment in the chalet was intimate, caring and loving thanks to Cesare's attitude. Now I am super happy that there will be many other opportunities to go on similar adventures, retreats and experiences now that Cesare decided to continue his endeavour, which was the best I ever had a chance to experience.
